Is the glass half full or half empty?

Livewire asked Nikki Thomas from Alphinity to share one of the useful investing lessons that she has picked during her career. Rather than pointing to a specific rule she says the most useful tip she can give is to make sure you are aware of your own tendencies and biases.

“I’m a glass half full kind of person. That’s who I am. There are other people who are glass half empty… Understanding who you are as an investor and taking that into account so that you’re disciplined around a process so you can avoid those terrible biases that can really lead you astray.”
